      A Academia Pérolas Negras (APN) foi criada para transformar a realidade social de pessoas vulneráveis através do futebol. Em 2021, a APN pretende engajar 1.400 jovens, de 5 comunidades, do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, em parceria com Clubes Comunitários de Futebol. As ações incluem: prática esportiva profissional, 400 vagas para reforço escolar e desenvolvimento de 5 Associações Desportivas Comunitárias e ações de comunicação.

      Criado durante a Missão de Paz no Haiti, o Pérolas Negras impactou mais de 250 haitianos através da formação esportiva de alto rendimento. No Brasil, o time está federado desde 2017 e já conquistou títulos importantes, como o Campeonato Carioca da Série C.

      A Academia Pérolas Negras criou uma rede de Clubes Comunitários em 5 territórios, com capacidade de gerar impacto para 1.400 jovens. O eixo educacional do projeto vai promover habilidades e competências exigidas pela nova Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e operar em parceria com o Instituto Alicerce.

A população e os atletas vão ser beneficiados com aulas de reforço escolar e empreendedorismo.
